We only charge a fee if the file closes, and the fee is paid by the borrower! This no risk model makes expensive overhead a thing of the past. The only possible exception to this are Helocs and Heloans, where the lender may not allow third party processing fees. If this is the case, your company would be billed directly. As always though, you will only get billed when the file closes!
